Mr. Paul Kotras
Mr. Paul Kotras currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ASDA (Africa Seafarers Development Associates). He brings over 15 years of experience in ship management, maritime operations, and international logistics. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles supporting vessel operations, crewing coordination, and regulatory compliance across both regional and international shipping environments. His work reflects a strong commitment to operational efficiency, strategic partnerships, and the development of Africa’s maritime workforce. At ASDA, he contributes to strengthening training frameworks, expanding cadet opportunities, and advancing the association’s mission to build a globally competitive generation of African seafarers.

Whitney Brown
She is the Director of Training and Development with over 14 years of experience, collaborating with government agencies, Financial Intelligence Units, Training organisations, and clients in investment and retail banking across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a leader, she inspires teams to embrace change, deliver projects successfully, and achieve their goals. Client-centric and passionate, she is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences that foster growth and leave a lasting impact.

Mrs. Peace Attiogbe
Mrs. Peace Attiogbe is the Director of Administration of ASDA (Africa Seafarers Development Associates), bringing over 12 years of experience in administrative management, business operations, and stakeholder coordination. Known for her efficiency, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, she supports the smooth execution of ASDA’s programmes and partnerships. She is recognized for building strong relationships, delivering quality service, and ensuring effective communication across teams and external partners.
